Happy Tuesday! I went to bed thinking it was already Wednesday night so when I woke up at 5am on a Tuesday, an extra strong matcha latte was needed (as well as a mini pep-talk). This week is going to be a doozy. But hey, that’s life!
I had a delicious overnight apple cinnamon oatmeal recipe I was going to share this morning, but I’ve been putting this post off for far too long.
Surprise, I celebrated my two year bloggerversary this weekend! TWO. YEARS! I’m still in shock with how fast it has all gone by.
It was a quiet celebration, a glass of wine with the boyfriend. But this two year milestone really got me thinking. What do I want this blog to become? What has it become? What do my readers love to read and what do I love to post?
Over the last two years I have devoted time EVERY DAY to this little creation. Either writing, taking photos, or scrolling social media. Since the day I hit publish on the first Anchored to Sunshine post, my life has changed. And for the most part, in a great way.
I will admit there have been many uninspired weeks, days without any social media posts, and one too many arguments with the boyfriend while he graciously takes my blog photos (love you!!!).
But then there are the days it all just… works. The days I create a recipe I just have to share with you all, the happiness I feel about all the connections I have made with amazing women all around the world, and the photos I’ve collected over the last two years documenting it all.
A lot has changed since the first post on this thing. I’ve dabbled in all types of topics just to see what motivates me to write, but also what you all really enjoy reading.
Soooo basically that was a long spiel asking for your help! What do you all love to read on Anchored to Sunshine? If I’m devoting hours of my life every week to this thing, I want to make sure you are enjoying it as much as I am!
Pretty please, take this SUPER SHORT survey!
Pretend I’m sliding you a glass of bubbly and cheers-ing you as you open that link! Because if I were there, I would be :) I thrive on constructive criticism, so please please be honest.
Note, that tasty overnight oatmeal recipe I had planned for today will be hitting the blog later this week!
