So, I’m slightly obsessed with Refinery 29’s Lucie Fink. I would love to have her job!
If you don’t know who she is, I’m about to take over the next few hours of your life as you scroll this page watching her videos. She gets to do different “challenges” for 5 days every week, all of which are totally relatable, fun, and make me want to instantly try too!

So I brainstormed things I would want to challenge myself to if I were her and this is what I came up with:
Eating in for all of my meals for 5 days!
Lately it’s either Thursday night sushi, Monday lunch Chipotle, and Wednesday morning Starbucks. It’s a bad habit I’ve found myself falling into and I’m ready to have these 5 days get me back in line!
Not only will this be healthier, it will also be less expensive! Two-fer :)
