Run, run, run, run… that’s all I do at the gym these days. And let me tell you something, it’s boring me to tears! Not to mention, it’s not helping me tone my arms, abs, or rump at all.
So, I’m doing a little workout intervention on myself and putting on a treadmill ban for the week.
Instead of running, I’m focusing on workout equipment I usually don’t go near (1: Because it intimidates me, and 2: It’s the “guy” area of the gym)
Here are the workout equipment and moves I’m going to focus on for the week!
- These moves by Shape with the kettle bell
- These moves by PopSugar with weights
- These moves by DailyBurn with TRX straps
- These moves from Pumps & Iron with the medicine ball
I’m in need of some more workout ideas, though! I can’t just do these things for one whole week straight. Clearly I’m relying solely on Pinterest for workout inspiration… but I keep getting distracted by food pins :( Help??? What (non-running) gym workouts do you do?
