Sometimes it can be hard to find a breakfast that fills you up, is healthy, and is darn delicious.
I’ve recently become a bit obsessed with cottage cheese. Not only is it great for you, but I have now turned it into a tasty breakfast treat as well!
– 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (skim)
– 1/4 cup granola (plain)
– drizzle of organic honey
– dash of cinnamon
This breakfast (or snack) is so simple and packed with protein! Even if you don’t really like cottage cheese, I recommend you give it a try. The crunch of the granola and the sweetness of the honey overpower the cottage cheese, I promise. It really just tastes like a yogurt parfait :) Top it off with fruit too, if you are feeling extra fancy!
