Over the last 36 hours, we’ve all been thinking about a lot of things. Contemplating what our New Year resolutions will be. Preparing to start the year off on the “right foot”. Planning to not drink too much champagne at the NYE party so we can hit the gym bright and early on January 1… (did anyone make it to the gym yesterday??)
Don’t set goals/resolutions just because you see others doing the same. Don’t create unattainable ones. Set ones that mean something to you.
