Confession time: Ever since my half marathon, I’d been feeling pretty unmotivated.
I tried quotes, distracting myself with the Kardashians on the elliptical, and busting my butt at Soul Cycle with friends. Although I completed the workout, sweating up a storm, I just didn’t get that accomplished feeling when I was done.
Basically what I’m saying is… I’m was just plain bored.
So I did what every 20-something year old does to get motivation. I turned to the internet, specifically Instagram. I tracked down the top trending, motivational fitness gramers from around the world and followed them all (literally all of them)! I figured seeing fit girls in my feed saying encouraging words and showing me new moves to try out could get me out of the fitness funk I was in.
That’s where things finally clicked. Enter Amanda Bisk! She is basically Superwoman (with blond hair and a great tan).
