We are all creatures of habit, especially when something is delicious :) At least that’s the case for me.
Sometimes we need to treat ourselves to something we really love and crave. And when it’s healthy and tasty, it’s a win-win!
Yes yes, I know this is one of the most #basic things I could add to this list, but I want to shout my love of avocado toast from the rooftops! My go-to is a multigrain (sugar and flour free) bread overflowing with avocado, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. So easy to make during busy mornings.
I was skeptical at first about this pea green liquid, but one sip and I was hooked. When I’m looking for a pick-me-up in the afternoon, I head to Starbucks for an iced matcha latte and I’m in heaven.
Fresh Pressed Juice
For a while I was making fresh juice every morning, but some days I just don’t have the time (or energy to clean it all up). This weekend I found out Dr. Smood opened up right down the street from me! Although a bit expensive, it is so delicious.
What is one thing Miami does not lack? Poke bowl restaurants! I think there are 6 restaurants (and a food truck) all within walking distance of my house that serve them. Not to mention in 15 minutes I can have one delivered to my door via UberEATS. My go to is brown rice with salmon and tuna…. and obviously a side of spicy mayo! I’m currently obsessed with Poke 305.
This is a dangerous new addiction. Our office just got cold brew on tap. Let me repeat…. cold. brew. on. tap! I have never been more caffeinated in my life :)
