The pure joy of being back home in Miami is real, people!
Although it was a great work trip, it was beyond stressful. Lack of sleep, weird eating patterns, and living out of a carry-on for 5 days is no easy task. My respect for people who travel constantly for work is at an all time high right now!
Although it’s the weekend, I feel like I have 1,000 things I need to accomplish and catch up on, but my body and brain really need a break.
I’m going to try and put all the negative thoughts aside and instead remind myself of all the great things I have going on.
How has your stress level been lately? If yours has been off the charts like mine, here are a few quotes I found really comforting this morning.
Give them a read, take a deep breath, and reset your anxiety level. At least, that’s what I’m hoping will work for me :)
